Cloud-Based Collaborative Web App

This Case Study is about a Collaboration Sales Forecasting tool we developed for a toy manufacturing client. Sales forecasting is critical because toys have to be manufactured, well in advance and have to be positioned in the right stores so sale can happen. So, if you want sales one year from now, you have to predict it now at an item level!

Their processes suffered from common issues – email-based process hurting confidence in the data generated.

We understood their pain points and created a cloud-based collaborative web app which brought all the departments together to share and update data on the fly. The tool enables them to upload templates, does auto quality checks and has role-based data access.
